All Australian orders are shipped free of charge using Australia Post. Orders over $100 will be sent via Express Parcel post at no extra cost. All orders have the option of upgrading to Priority (envelope size orders) or Express (parcels) at checkout for a small fee. Matcha orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your payment.
Our customers always come first. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item and receive a full refund. (Only unopened products can be returned). If you have any concerns with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We comply fully with Australian consumer protection laws.
Customers have the choice of making payment securely via Paypal or via debit or credit card using our Stripe interface (www.stripe.com). We do not receive or see your payment card details. At checkout simply input your credit or debit card details as instructed. All our web pages are securely encrypted.
